Just pullin it outta my ass, but Tower of Frozen Shadow? I mean they'd have to do an awful lot more than just that place, but ya know. Just a thought.

I like Razieh's idea and Vhalen before leaving set up all the lore for the next expansion. Before leaving Vhalen left behind ideas that definitiely spoke of the Shissar and I think he did mention something of the ethenere as well so I think Razieh has got the right idea.

The expansions have driven in this direction all along. Why would they uproot their pattern?

And who says that the AA trees have to be character trees? could be group and raid trees that earn points when you are the group/raid leader.

They have a huge resource for timesinks, all tried and true from EQLive...

I like this idea, would provide some more to do and allow minor gear-ups when not raiding.

Dunno why people keep saying RoK is killing EQ2, RoK made me come back to the game and I sure like that expansion a lot.
One of the best, if not the best.
That being said, I am a bit dubious toward an underdark or whatever expansion setting mrrr

Ethenere was never done in Eq1(to my knowledge) and has almost nothing to do with oblivion. That means free rein for the eq2 team to do what ever they want graphically and story wise, which is a great thing. We might even see part of odus and "the hole" in this expansion.

This should progress the chelsith stone even more and lead us into collecting pieces of it to "prevent" the ages end. Probably see the freethinkers a lot in this expansion as well.

I'd almost lost hope for EQ2, I think you've renewed that (along with some other posts here).

I just hope I can survive till the next expansion.

Knowing how bad the creativity over at SoE is Shadow of Odyssey is probably something like "New Luclin!" It turns out there really was another moon, we just couldn't see it! Or its the ruins of Luclin.
I came to this conclusion by pretending I was an SoE developer, I figured I would try to think like one, as I was pondering I saw a CD case, it had dust and cob webs all over it. After dusting the cd case it had some sort of inscription on it, it read "Shadows of Luclin." Shadows of Luclin, Shadows of Odyssey...get it!!? It's about Luclin! Get ready for Beastlords!
