I came to this conclusion by pretending I was an SoE developer, I figured I would try to think like one, as I was pondering I saw a CD case, it had dust and cob webs all over it. After dusting the cd case it had some sort of inscription on it, it read "Shadows of Luclin." Shadows of Luclin, Shadows of Odyssey...get it!!? It's about Luclin! Get ready for Beastlords!

Also the instances are pretty nice and rewarding without requiring 3 hours or trash cleaning ala SoH.
The only problem I see is that they make the T2 too "hard" in comparison to the others tier, blocking a lot of people early and not leaving them room to gear themself.
If they had been blocked at T3, that would have been better.

And to the people who don't like rok and answer "I have been playing for 3+ years", I am sorry, but I think there won't be any expansion that will please you anyway. You are just "burnt out" and biased, consciously or not and you are probably 10 times harder to satisfy that customers who started the game recently or came back after a long break like I did. (I left before DoF and came back end of EoF).

That's like being married for 10+ years, whatever your wife will do, she ll never be as pretty to you as she was on your first year :D
