1. get a level 80 character (alt perhaps) that has a higher demand in raids.

2. app that alt to a guild who CAN kill Nexona/Drusk

3. get into said guild -- should be fairly simple if your a needed class

4. Join them in VP.

5. Help clear first wing.

6. Go Linkdead on purpose once 1st wing (hard dragons) are dead.
Make sure it's close to end of raid times when you make the attempt otherwise they might continue on and clear the ez mode 2nd floor. So maybe you will have to wait a few VP clears. This is OK -- more time to build up that guilds trust with you.

7. Leave guild.

8. Join your old guild (as your alt)

9. There you go now your old guild has that guilds VP timer with cleared Content.


Pretty much what happened on Nagafen to Kraken/Resurrection guild.

Resurrection got to keep their mythicals too so it's legit method!

Enjoy. You can roleplay a spy alt and get your guild mythicals all at the same time!!

Since SOE said it's legit tactic-- something to think about for all you guilds out there that can't make it to 2nd floor (ez mode floor).

Where they said Resurrection can keep their mythicals and let them clear the whole 2nd floor (while watching them), they also killed the first boss dragon on 3rd floor.

GM was watching them the whole time.

Kraken was trying to zone into VP (their instance) to attack them.

GMs told Kraken to LEAVE -- because it was Resurrections instance.

Thus it's legit, Kraken petitioned this--and got OWNED in the face by GMs who were watching it unfold.

In the end they reset the instance, but the damage was done. Also the GMs said Resurrection was more int he right than Kraken.

Just remember tho: Who cleared the first floor: Kraken did.
Who's instance did it belong to according to GM: Resurrection
Where GMs in the zone watching this: Yes. Multiple.
Who did GMs side with: Resurrection
Who got told they would be banned if they tried to PVP Resurrection: Kraken


Thus legit.

Well first off if SOE was not cock blocking bastards and put the hardest mobs in the zone right at the front this wouldnt happen.

Persistant zones just need one person set to it to zone everyone else in. We all knew this was a possiblity. I side with the GMs on the actual ruling it was legal of them to do. Since that player came in first and was assigned to that persistant zone, it was his zone to bring in whoever else he wanted.

That being said was it fucked up to do. Yep. Funny as hell too.


My alt dirge is now looking for a guild. One with 2nd floor VP access a must.
