Re: Raid kill flags?
I feel like the progression worked fairly well in KoS, with the quest to unlock Deathtoll. As in it required a raid force to work through a series of easier mobs to unlock access to a zone of more challenging mobs with better loot, atleast as I remember they were more challenging, they definitely dropped better loot (Fitz Boots, Ring of Supremacy, Breath of the Destroyer, the summon ammo ranged items). Also the unlocked zone dropped tons of Masters and Relic chests, which I guess was a nice reward for gaining access, and helped make up for the fact that the access dragons had mostly shit drops.
It didn't require back flagging for the content to be used, only had to redo the mobs for people that wanted the access quest reward.
