It was an enforcement nightmare the way they had it. Where do you draw the line? I mean can you have Mario or Luigi? If you try to bring up all the mythological names like Thor, Neptune, Balthazar, Leviathan, etc. it's crazy.

I guess it's an issue of the people who really wanted to get around it were managing to get around it anyway.
