Really not worth playing til you can buy a handful of masters with the jackpot IMO.

Seriously I did.

Just because I'm not playing the goblin game when the jackpot is only 40 plat doesn't mean other people aren't and inflating the jackpot for me.

Same reason people don't play the regular lottery until it gets up into the 100s of millions, they don't feel the reward is worth the small financial risk they are taking by buying a ticket.

Really bad analogy there. For $1 I play and don't care if the jackpot is only $50,000. It's still beer money.

How's that a bad analogy? Next time you're in a convenience store ask the clerk how many lottery tickets they sell when the jackpot is 10 million compared to when it's 100 million. They'll tell you it's easily doubled or tripled. Why? Cuz on the incredibly unlikely event that you win you want to have enough money to retire AND be able to hire Lindsey Lohan for a night to snort coke off her ass, rather than just have enough to retire.

the amount is higher so people play more simple as that the odds stay the same every one knows that.

risk=reward more reward more people will risk

its not about odds its about the reward at the end

You're either fucking dumb or really obtuse. Since I've spelled it out for you twice and you've epicly fucking failed to figure it out I'm going with fucking dumb.

Axuis got it right, when the odds are slim as shit to me it's not worth playin if the reward is small. It's not tradin 10s for 40pp fucknut, it's tradin 10s for a one in several million shot at getting 40pp. So to me, if I'm going to be lucky enough to beat those odds, then I want alot more or a reward than 40pp.
