SOE took 36 plat away from me saying that i recieved money from an outside source. I didnt buy any plat from anybody. I sold a few masters i got from doing a few instances and buy selling masters my various alts picked up. I tried to talk to someone about it but they said their investigation is closed and that they cant talk about it.

I dont know how they came to their conclusion but im a casual player and plat is hard to come by. If this shit happens again im going to delete this fucking game. I work hard to get that plat and those fuckers just take it away. At least the government has the decency to let you know that they will be screwing you with taxes and shit.

Or they can just let eq2 die a horrible death and not give a shit, eq1 is still going fairly strong and vanguard subs are increasing, I believe~

yea I highly doubt they really give a shit atm. The game is a few years old and broken as fuck. They need a pretty big combat fix, but that's not happening because they're terrified of another NGE and rightfully so.

Even though they don't need a complete NGE-like combat revamp to fix a lot of stuff, just the rumors of a 'fix' will send panic through the community and it won't happen.

They're just going to keep releasing MMO's until they either hit on the next 'WoW', or have tons of subs through a large portfolio of mostly crap.

(btw, why I still play this 'crap' is because I have a bunch of friends in my guild and trying to help them as best I can. And despite it's flaws, this is still one of the better MMO's out there, for now...i'm just hoping they make some fixes to make this more enjoyable)

Not true on the vanguard part, in truth there has been talk about shutting it down....
