Seriously though, I agree with you. They need to fix the goddamn lag problems. Every LU they pile on only seems to make it worse.

Removing VS from backflagging makes this update worth the lack of everything else given to us. Although I do like the poison change too.

I am happy with the update, but I also think it is kind of lacking. I won't be doing it until this weekend I expect, but I hope that the LU is a good one. The last one wasn't that great. I guess the live events have something to do with the next expansion, so I will be paying close attention to the lore of the quest.

What's so bad with it?
Grey con quests now give AA - great if you have any older toons that aren't at cap yet.

Mounts are suspended when using a carpet / horse / griffon / sokar. This is handy.

Coercers got a decent number of changes.

Bank slots got a change.

Posions and potions changed, also good.

The huge weapon changes for tradeskillers.

A new world event that's marginally fun to do.

No more nil crystals or essences of anguish.

All told I don't think it's a wash. It's not as uber as, say, the Shard of Hate patch or the Epic patch, but, it's a decent mid-summer one. Next update brings the new Runneye instance, which is also good in and of itself.
