why the fuck....

it's not about the time it tooks to flag all people (hello kitty perhaps some guys left, new guys came... you have to flag more than one time...), it's about experience to manage this mob. Today he is fixed and if you can't defeat him.... it's your own fucking lack of skill.

This only brings alot of Noob Guilds into VP... and a lot of Lag... thx soe

Wow, poor baby, I change gear for nearly every fight, so fucking stupid being a whiney baby about having to change your gear to do max DPS. This is a good thing, it means you actually have to pick and choose your gear properly.

How can you possibely bitch about needing to change gear to be more effective on a certain fight? I changed gear all the time based on the specific encounter

Yo Del, people will always bitch about certain things.

I HATE Changing gear. I have 3 different gear macro's, and then on top of that about 10 pieces or more that arent on any of my gear macros that will get changed in depending on any given encounter.

I'm not bitching about changing gear. I couldn't care less. The fight is stupid. In all this stupid bragging about how easy VS is if you can pay attention, no one has been able to disprove that VS is the dumbest fight in all of EQ2.

You are absolutely hilarious. You're psuedo-angry posts do nothing more than just show how much you miss and wanted to be like Ishbu. I cna't believe that you got me bitching about changing gear out of that post. Get real. I have no issue with gear changes, what I'm saying is that this fight is dumb for a multitude of reasons.

Yes, it would be better if all raids were tank and spank. Or would that be boring? Hmm...
Actually if you don't suck, you can maintain reasonable dps while matching the criteria. If it was max dps all the time, a bot would do the trick.
But since you were the one who wanted to remove death penalties when dying in combat I can't take you serious anyway.

You obviously don't like the game, so instead of crying about the fact that Venril has power-limitations, which honestly isn't the real issue with Venril, why don't you complain about the actual issue with Venril which is the statue clicker who is left out of the fight? Or the fact that there is Fear Status Item to allow you to straight burn immune through a portion of the fight without having a Templar in group. I guess that was their reasoning behind creating mobs with Fear DS's, because there is no status item for Fear immunity, good idea!

But seriously, I don't think you've ever read my posts before and are now just mindlessly dribbling acting like you know something. You know the dumbest fight in EQ2? Every single fight where it's straight tank&burn with or without an ae to joust. Those fights are dumb. Venril has 1 issue realistically, you are punished for having too good gear I will admit that. However, the lower penalty of Venril is fine, the statues aren't. They learned from Venril and created Avatar of Hate, which removes the upper power-limit.

Venril is basically a dumb encounter, yes. But so what if it's dumb, it's at least smarter than the rest of the encounters in-game which are all practically sit there dps, joust, heal, grats you win!

I made the horrid mistake of reading the official forums today... So many whining threads about how venril is unkillable.
