Really, there's only three somewhat 'hard' positions to be in in this raid:
1) tank
2) tank healers
3) statue clickers

There is no reason for dps or non mt healers to have ANY trouble at all. period. and this is coming from an assassin.

Sprint(if needed)+manastone+heart/shards+cure pots+attentiveness = win. That's it for people outside of MT group or clickers.

2. What is the effect of the Item from Tariza (Thuuga) that says it effects Venril?

There are two small statues behind Venril (where he original is).
You need a person to click these two statues when they light up, if you don't (or are too slow etc); then two statues will attack you.
