1. Change CA Order
2. Try the new CA Order
3. Lower or Higher DPS?
4. Keep tweaking it

Create a channel?

Just type: /join randomchannel01

Type /# (# is the channel number) and press Ctrl + V on your keyboard.

To answer the main question: Honestly, I just dl'd ACT recently and didn't do anything to it to get it up and running. Just started the program, killed a mob, hit ctrl + v in chat, and BOOM, parse was posted.

It's really set up to run right as soon as it's dl'd it seems.

Now, you will have to change some things to make it parse exactly the way you want (specific order - like Name > damage > dps > crits, etc) which I did with some help from ppl in channels, and i got it working well now.

Depending on your ACT settings, you might need to wait a few seconds before you can hit CTRL+V. However, ACT will confirm the end of a parse with a little beep (Windows Asterisk sound iirc), so you know when there's new stuff on the clipboard to paste.
