Your statements are mostly ungrounded

most pro plat sellers do not bot. To high a risk of getting caught. and they Definatly don't bot a power level service. if they get your acocunt banned from afk killing wth would happen to there reputation as a quality service (for those looking for that service).
Bot's hurt there economies as much as our in game ones, I'm sure there some of the first to Report botters.
On Bizzare where plat farmers are the norm, (I knew some, it was un-avoidable) by no means did they bot EVER, I allways got replies to my tells.
But I mean if you got some info of why my claims are ungrounded besides 'Botters'. enlighten me.
Take a look at WoW Gold Prices, the price per gold has hardly changed at all for a straight Year. omg didn't they just open afew more Realms Recently? HUH! so imagine that prices staying stable AND the community is stable.
So it is my conclusion that Gold/plat prices from 3rd party carriers is a very Grounded source of information about a MMO comunity.
The only reason Bazaar plat prices are so much cheaper then a 3rd party source is because Bazaar has 3 times as many farmers due to it being 'legit'

I always wondered about the power leveling services. Their hour estimates are borderline retarded, and they have sweatshop guys playing the toon nonstop, I'd assume. 55 hours to get to level 20 when it takes less than 1? Sounds like a solid investment there!

Looks pretty, but that dosn't make up for how lame the game is, pretty graphics never do. I really think that part of the reason that VG will fail is that the developers of EQ expect everyone to upgrade their systems to play the new game with pretty graphics just because it was made by "those guys who made a good game", EQ2 devs thought that same thing, EQ1 still has a larger subscription base than EQ2, as does another game with shit graphics, WoW.

I agree, Eq2 sucks.. lol
As for gameplay, it's better then eq2
As for computers, it dun take too much to play. 1gig of ram and a decent graphics card will run it nicely.

idk I wish I could play more and experiance what EoF had to offer raid wise. I did see some of it but not everything. RL just got to crazy to play EQ2 like I use to. However I do miss playing and everyone I use to raid with. It's not fun to play when you go from being one of the best to being a total newb. In my case I went from sort of newb to total newb. I still have time to play late at night but it's just so hard to log in for that simple reason of being a newb now.

Re: /giggle Alot of 'Retired' EQ2 people it seems!
Yea I added myself to the retired list a few days ago, sold my account etc.. I am currently in the VG beta, and right now eq2>vg by far, but they are working hard on it and I will stick around there for now giving input etc, vg is still a few months off before it is released, for those of you who are going by ebgames release date of january 29th, it will not be ready even close to that date, so dont put your eggs in that basket yet. The earliest I see it possible is March, they got some positive things and some negative things over there yet to figure out, but the potential is there so we will see what happens..

Re: /giggle Alot of 'Retired' EQ2 people it seems!
EQ2 is crap and is running down the path to failure quickly.
I bet this game will stop pumping out expansions some time soon and take the path that EQoA took and just let the game slowly die.
Vanguard will take alot of people from this game, as many haters that are out there I bet most will end up playing Vanguard when the EQ2 fanboi fades away and realize that it will be a far superior game.
