Tradeskilling Question

Well, actually, I have a few of them.

Right now, my main (Mysidia) is a 43 Provisioner. Like many of you, I had stopped when they changed the tradeskilling system and made it easier. Mostly because, the people were flooding the market and I was hardly making any in game money.

Little has changed on that. My question to provisioners is: is it feasible to make a decent in game living off of this or should I turn my attention to another tradeskill?

Which tradeskill is actually profitable to do now? My luck with /random roll is horrid. I do OK with harvesting rares and ?'s but I'd like to be making more. Funding several alts is killing my EQ2 Bankroll and I don't mind spending time down in the Tradeskill Pit to make the money, if I knew that my time was actually worth something.

Any info is appreciated. =)

Well, you know that toon is stuck as Provisioner, right?

What professions are making money seems to almost be server dependant. I still make decent money on my WW, Weaponsmith, and Provisioner, although nothing like the old days.

Yeah, I know my main is stuck as a Provisioner...but I have alts that I can start TSing with them. I started a Sage, but stopped shortly after.

no tradeskill class will net a lot of money, but provisioner can make just as much as any for sure. everyone likes food!
