We were never banned. Ebonlore was still around then all the "good" players decided they didnt want to put up with her shit anymore. So Dannin, Myself, Bashm, Keke talked and decided to decent and form Malice.

there were a few exploits in AoC that could help lvl and get gold, not all were a myth. demonologist would keep spamming a ward they get and it would make the mobs /killself or something like that...there was a screenshot of one guy talkin about it in OOC chat and how to do it on the forums.
But i can't offer any info on Ebonlore in AoC, i only heard rumors of some of them being banned.
Axem and several of his leaders were perma banned in Vanguard (PvP server) for constantly exploiting and the use of a 3rd party hack program. Ebonlore was then forcibly disbanded by SoE. Axem posted the usual requisite trash talk about how they weren't banned or forcibly disbanded and what really happened was they all quit. There's an official thread on the official forums (Sartok boards) posted by a GM explaining the actions as well as several discussing the action.
Ebonlore is on our server (Tyranny). We just spent most of the day stomping their faces into the ground in Kheshatta.

Axem is definitely no saint, I remember his exploits/scripts in Shadowbane. I'm behind on my Ebonlore trivia tho, I thought they broke up when Axem and Ewle's marriage hit the rocks.
