The Matron is bugged, but not on easy mode. The Overseer of Change now dispells nearly all buffs, and does it constantly. It is like EH Fae Drakes only worse.

Most people I talk to hate this encounter above all others already. The actual Matron fight is good, but the 2 mobs leading up to it are fucking retarded. Who wants to fuck around with a (now dispelling) tree mob for 5 minutes and then range a plant mob for 10 minutes? I know people like challenging encounters and I do too, but I dont like stupid shit. Hell, they could make Matron harder for all I care. Make everyone start out at 75% power, make the AE harder or come faster, or give her more health. I dont care, but it would be cool if SOE removed the first two mobs from the encounter.

I believe the overseer adds (the mini trees) are the ones dispelling, yes it sucks bad. Having to spam heal because your buffs/debuffs keep getting smoked isn't fun. I'm sure it was an unintended change due to a change in EH. Previously the faedrakes would dispell, now it's the seedlings. It wouldn't be so bad if it didn't dispell every 15s or so.

Also, the dispell is dropping debuffs off the mobs as well, not just buffs off the players. This is especially painful for defilers as we rely heavily on buffs/debuffs and have very slow heals.... I suppose the same is true for mystics and both cleric archtypes as well.

Dont people start the Matron at 100% anyway? So why not just fucking drop the first 2 mobs and tell them to go fuck themselves already.

Well, if the goal was to keep players spamming during the Overseer so that you have 5% power for the worm than SoE wins!

Nothing is quite as fun as watching mobs bounce all over because hate buffs are being dispelled as fast as they can be brought back up
