I'm dissapointed, not because long time subscribers get nothing, but because well they only have themselves to fucking blame for losing customers - not listening to the SK community for 3 years is a fucking start.

I mean you look at the beautiful artwork on that "Please come back" web site and think if only they could spend half that fucking time on making eq2 a better game, they wouldnt have this godamn problem.

I mean they also all of a sudden open up and list the shit thats coming for the next 4 months, did they ever do that before ?

Eq2 was a great game at one stage, it's just been contantly run into the ground over the last year by a small group of devs that dont know how to fucking listen, and management thats only concern is to make money- instead of trying to improve the game first and foremost.

I'm pretty disgusted at the whole thing, eq2 couldve been so much more, instead they try to lure us back with a few shitty items, and no content.

People very obviously come to this forum after they stop playing because they are in one of several situations. Some of which are those who are waiting to see what gets improved and see what the latest complaints are. Cause guess what? This game has decent graphics, has a lure of a good basis in lore, and is atleast 60% good. It's that huge gapping 40% that causes people to leave, and the good 60% that causes people to keep checking back and keep caring about a game that they had allot of fun playing untill some bullshit mechanic or fucked up raid encounter drove them absolutely fucking mad and they quite.
