No, they wouldn't announce an LoN expansion when there's already one coming out on the 19th(or was it the 16th?). That's just dumb business to announce a new one before the release of a new one!

My EQ2 runs out soon, and I'm waffling on whether to get another month. I wish they would have given me 2 more months of EQ2 for free instead of EQ1, 'cause the last time I played EQ1 was when EQ2 released.

I pulled my CC number out of my account so they do not automatically charge me for 3 months again. Their billing/account system has changed to the point I can't find the I WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT section.

Now that you mentioned it, yeah I have those too. Plus for EQ:

Also IIRC the last expansion I bought for EQ was Legacy of Ykesha, now I have 14 expansions registered. No idea when they gave me those though.

I checked my account this morning while I was cancelling EQ2. The last expansion I bought in EQ1 was OoW. I now have everything after that registered. I've not even tried to fire up my EQ1 account since 2004 so have no idea what's happened there.
