SoE is fucking over those who have stuck it out and given them that's right shit.

Those that have free time and the goodies are now SoE's first class citizen's.

For those that use the argument you have the veteran rewards are fucking retards. Everyone gets them at one point or another in there account lifetime. This is a last ditch effort for SoE to get there sub's up one way or another.

They should give those who are still playing 30 days free and some other shit for sticking it out with them. However, since Smedley is in charge you can pretty much insure that nothing will come to those who have stuck it out.

This is a piss poor advertising attempt by SoE bottom line.

Fuck you current player base, we want those that left to come back. So .. they can leave again after the freetime? This is good business how????

i cancelled last month,, it ran out on may 29th... but i didnt get the free two months.... just solidifies my decision to leave the game,, they don't care about the current player base

It is true that I have been unhappy with EQ2 for awhile now. But the majority of that is due to the lack of concern on SoE's part to want Customer Satisfaction. So with AoC just coming out and this recent stunt by Sony....it just makes me want to play that game even more.

Regardless of what I decide in the end, I feel justified in voicing my opinion about a game that I have played for a long time now.

Everyone who bought RoK, should have got 30 days free gametime. That's what they give new subscribers who purchased it back in the day. Now woulda been a good faith effort to apply that to existing customers. They didn't and won't.
