I turn off the music in KOS though since it's so repetitive

Still like raiding alot but that's probably cause we're working on Nexona and that's where I get my Mythical. ;)

Looking forward to the new RE2 instance, not that need much from there but it's always nice to explore and beat something new.

For my current alts, I got 90%+ of the gear that matters from the heroic instances. I rolled a new toon (assassin) lately, but leveling it to 80 is a real PITA (I barely ever see anybody else in the T2/T3 zones).

Raiding is really the only thing that keeps me going, but I gotta say, being in a casual guild has the advantage that we didn't clear VP in December last year. Sometimes it sucks when we don't progress as fast as we should, but I wouldn't want to be in a HC guild now anyway, because what's left for them in the game? Farming VP and maybe doing contested, if they're the no 1 guild on their server.

Imo there should be twice as many heroic instances, and at least one more dungeon zone. But even that would get boring soon I guess since somehow SOE didnt manage to introduce something to EQ2 that constantly keeps you achieving stuff. It would be awesome if I could NOT see/solve all heroic content until next expansion! But ha, who am I kidding.

I must agree with the fact that SOE is garbage. I have played almost every MMO to date going back long before EQ1 and SOE stands out. But all in all I love this game. I even play on Bazaar so that should tell you something.

i usually watch movies or anime or turn on some Pac tbh, pretty much anything like that is better than having the game shit on imo

Actually I was a Guardian so I grouped almost exclusively. I did the first "teir" of KP quests but didn't go all the way through KP. I also did KOS raids , including halls of fate and temple of scale. I did actually get a single upgraded fabled weapon in KOS there that lasted all of 2 days until they tweaked MC weapons.

But anyway let me just understand what you said initially. I only had to go through 80% of the game before I was able to equip an Item i found? Ya like i said WAY to fucking linear.

Repetitive? There are so many places in the game where the music just cuts out and stops. That's not repetitive, that's annoying bullshit.
