I'm just curious, how many of you left for AoC, but already came back to EQ2?

I tried AoC, but did not like it. Grouping, loot stealing, and all kinds of other things made it hard for me to stay. I liked the graphics, the blood, the decaps, etc. but it wasn't enough to keep me there.

bought AOC with the intention to play it inbetween raids.

Am pritty sure I will be back 100% wth the new instance for a bit, then return to aoc a bit again inbetween raids, and when the EQ2 new expansion is out forget all about aoc for a while again.

yet another payed beta test is not what I am looking for.

I am still having fun in AoC, but even if I leave, I won't come back to EQ2 until:
SOE stops shitting on their community.
Fyreflap stops being so lazy/clueless.

Neither will happen, so I will hit HK when it gets released. Oh, I might dip in during the free period to grab some items for my characters which might make it more attractive to folks at ********.

I love how people throw 'payed beta' around.. as if they think a company might actually have a game that wont need heavy testing on release... it would be nice, but i don't see that happening for a while.

dunno, how comes most rpg's do mannage it? they so much easier/less expensive to make?

I would copy those characteristics from rpg's or other normal pc games into my design (or alter them to fit into) it.

of course.....it will be a while before i get the chance.....a long while
