But seriously what a stupid fucking world event, someone needs to tell these clowns the meaning of epic.

Go out kill 9 shadowmen come back get 1 ticket, rinse and repeat and you have yourself a WORLD EVENT.

How does this event bring anyone together to work on something as a community? I thought that's what world events were.

I mean they could've had shadowmen pouring out of the vortex's and attacking NPC's or Armies of Undead and shit attacking Freeport and Qeynos, but no instead you have to melt your eyballs and ruin your monitor with those stupid fucking yellow goggles to kill 9 mobs and head back. Heading back and forth is bad enough, just give the damn mobs a 1 in 9 chance to drop tickets so people dont have to run back and forth like fuckwits.

Warhammer gets old a lot faster than EQ2. Trust me ...I played both in the same stage of Beta.

Warhammer might be a little less buggy (though that's a toss up in some respects), EQ2's content was stronger at release and I was a LOT more excited to play it. Right now, I play Warhammer for about an hour and I'm ready to come back to EQ2 and start a new charater or something..lol.

And, be careful what you wish for. One of my biggest complaints about warhammer is the fact that it's like living in hell. You go from apocalypse to apocalypse with no sense of progression or as though you're making a difference. No exploration...just war. While I know that might sound appealing now....trust me, I've been around ...it will get old quick. (Unless you get off on pvp I guess).

Warhammer is being developed for WoW folks. If you're not playing WoW and loving it like your writing hand while watching porn...then, you will probably find warhammer to be average.

Warhammer was a let down for me too, I got into some guy's email account, changed all his info, got his beta account, spent hours downloading the client only to find out the thing was down. Then somehow he got his gmail account back and retrieved his account before it came back up.

That is funny to hear. All I hear people talk about is the next MMO, and yet, they all seem to fail. I could take a stab at why, but I am too lazy.

Warhammer sounds exactly like WoW to me. Gets kinda old -- although the PvP is kinda fun.
