First, I can't help but laugh every time I see your picture of Johnny Depp.

Second, if you have a nice job, it doesn't mean you should belittle the players that are still in high school or college. You were there once, so empathize a little with his situation. I agree 100% that MMOs are a cheap form of entertainment and I roll my eyes whenever people complain about a $12/month fee. However, he shouldn't have to pay for content that he should be entitled to I would expect anyone to file a petition or call customer service before blindly shelling out more money.

Dik, (nice name, btw), I don't disagree that if she paid for the content and the account was deflagged by mistake that it should be restored.

But, whining about it on eq2flames and getting bent to /ragequit over $40 = get the fuck over it.

Happened to me twice,first time done in a matter of minutes,the second time it took the CS team 5 days to sort it out,up till that point i'd never really had a bad time with SOE's CS staff

This happens all the time since SOE's account mgmt tool is a complete joke. At least CSR can and is taken care of it.

Here is another one: Always wondered where you stand on the Leaderboards on your server? Specially with the high T8 M1 prices and you don't know if your Plat wealth is anything comparable to the Top 100 on your server? Now you can shell out the extra money for "eq2players advanced leaderboards and rankings" subscription to find out. OR you just click on eq2players on the "resurces - server"section, select your server and click on the leaderboards you like to see. Bingo, you got the Top 100 on your server. If you are in there that gives you a pretty good idea or if you know someone on the list and he actually gives you a hint how much he has that tells you that you are either doing ok or that you are just a poor bastard.

I don't know what other features you get with the paid subscriptions but I would be pissed if I paid for the extra features and you can get around it so easily.

hmpf, rather look at how close you are to the Bottom 100 or make it Bottom 10. You know there are some ways of making some Plat in the game? And by the way read it again! And if you really should know someone on your server that is in the Top 100 and he tells you how much Plat he has than you are a bit closer.
The actual point was that a paid service by SOE again doesn't hold up and is rather easyly circumvented.
