Years ago when SP came out I paid SEPERATE for the adven pack, pretty sure I also got Bloodlines before I upgraded months later to station. Since then I have paid $30 (US) to play EQ2 for the extra slots & the auto adven packs. With cost of living on the rise I decided to delete some of my never played alts and knock it down to regular.

First off I think paying DB the price for years means I should get to keep access to any adven packs I got through station pass, but no they took those away when I downgraded. Rather annoyed but what really got to me is all of a sudden I can't use my shard to return to SP because "You don't have access to that adventure pack" WTF?!?!? I paid for that BEFORE I got station, but they take it away when I down grade?!?!?

SOE is about to lose my money altogether, this is the kind of BS that I shouldn't have to call and complain about.

:EDIT: I went and dug through my account history and not only did I buy SP and Bloodlines but I also got the "All in one RoK" bundle when I got RoK so umm yeah I paid for all of them and I get nothing now. After bitching to my guild I'm told SOE changed their servers and have been having trouble with billing since. Doesn't make me feel better in fact makes it worse, these are the ppl we trust with our credit card info?!?!?

You shouldn't have lost access. Previously yes, but they supposedly bundled all of the Adv packs with RoK, so if you have RoK then you should have all the adv packs.

I split my account and downgraded from station pass since RoK and I still have access to all the Adv packs, and I didn't buy any of them so I'd call CS or file a petition in-game. There's no reason for you to not have access.

For everyone else who had something useful to say, thank you. I did follow through on contacting SOE support like I had planned and was told that my problem would be passed on to the guys supervisor, so basically someone fucked up and he doesn't have the power to fix it. I also petitioned in game last night before I even posted here, however as of this morning they still hadn't replyed.

I had this happen to me as well when I canceled my station pass. I called SOE and a CSR went in and manually reinstalled all my adv packs for me, then asked me to log off the game and relog in, and they where all back. All I had to do was ask him to look thru my purchase history, and once he saw Ibought it, he toggled it back on.
He said they have a bug that turns off your adv packs when you cancel station passes, and he apologized for the inconveniance.

You should be able to rectify this with a phone call.
