Dude, Magank was funny as hell!! Hah.

Of course, when I was in Disso, it was a combination of Ishbu, Xede and Magank but Xede was usually quiet. :P

I've never had anyone make me laugh as much as Magank tho... truly one of the funniest guys I've ever talked to.

A good raid leader imo has a thorough knowledge of all classes in the raid, understands the mechanics of the encounter, can deal well with people, is encouraging and doesnt shout at everybody because 1 person fucked up.

But a good raid leader also will point out mistakes.. ideally without destroying people, but I got fed up with this carebear shit. Man up, improve your perfomance, and help the raid succeed. Otherwise go somewhere else for hugs. Not sure I'd last long if the RL was a raging berserker 50% of whose output consisted of "fuck"... probably if he was at the same time knowledgeable and playing better than the fuckers he is shouting at.

My fav raid leader ever was prolly Billa when I was in t7m. He was nice enough, but when he needed to he tore shit up. Good guy, listens to input if needed, and I don't remember hearing him be obnoxiously loud.

The best in terms of ability to lead, but he was too damn nie and quiet, was a gnome fury dood from Five Rings when I had my monk kazzanova in there. Forget his name, once I see it tho... He was on top of shit always, we just always played 2nd fiddle to Vaga cause of the lack of want within the guild to beat them to shit...

P.S. I want to say his name was sinfree... I think he is from Vegas lmao anyways...

Now that I think about it, I also liked Cosmic/thuger when I app'd to Defiance again on my monk, always cracked me up, the entire guild.

I will say that Cracatoa was the loudest raid leader i had.....seems like if someone fucked up he would go ballistic and yell and scream, then Magank was prolly right up there with him.

When I was guilded with Dannin in NPU he was a pretty loud raid leader.
He used "Get your finger out of your cunt" on two seperate people in the same night, and proceeded to smash things over vent followed by some weight lifting.

He was also pretty good at using the word "Fuck", "Fucking" , "Fucker" and any other form of the word.

Screaming at his mom, playing all different kinds of music (From stayin alive, to Milkshakes), and doing the "THIS IS HOW YOU FUCKING PRESS BUTTONS *MASH MASH MASH MASH*" are all things he was relatively good at.

I miss having someone scream at me when I play video games. You people should turn it into a service. "Get Better At Video Games Or Else.."
