Seriously, get into a disagreement with someone on the official forums = get banned.

What a freaking joke those forums are.

The posters basicaly consist of a few decent people, a bunch of boot licking yes men, and gestapo like admins who censor anything that might negatively reflect upon SOE.

What a joke.

Its really easy to see why the game is a shell of its former self.

Unfortunately not being allowed to disparage the "company" that owns the game or the game itself is not exclusive to EQ2.

I've played other online games and been warned, had posts deleted etc. for various reasons that usually consist of negative comments

I would be surprised if it were different on the official EQ forum.
