if it was same zone simple what would be the point of giving you personal and guild status and Legendary items for quest rewards? I have run 29 HQ's on my guard and a total of well over 100 runs through with all the alts and helping guildies. They really do give awesome AA and XP. I usually run Journeyman Boots at about level 30 or so (Can't do the Feerott run until 30 now), but if you start at level 29 you are definately 30 by the time you hit Feerott. All worthwhile to do at least once.

Heirophant's crook isn't too bad either. It's all in rivervale area.

On my warden alt, and on my coercer alt, both times the Return of the Light and Journey is Half the Fun, warented 2+ AA's granted the quest was yellow and they both had less than 30 AA's upon completion.

While i dont have any even remotely exact numbers, i did a fair share of HQs on my way to 70, because i made friends with this guy that played a few characters at the same time and loved doing HQs

I had 100 AA by level 62, a large part due to having done a lot of HQs
You get tons of AA for both killing all the named enemies usually involved, + for finishing the quests as well (i remember one quest final step, the one where you get status + legendary item, gave me 80% AA and 15% xp, and i was above the level of the HQ)

I think most give 5% aa? TBH now that gray quests give AA/XP they aren't that worth it if you don't want a specific item or some SP. I did a bunch of gray quests recently and got 3% AA for most of them on my 80.

I always recomend jboots. I still use them always when not fighting on every toon. They stack with everything.

I have a list about all the herts & their usefulness & xp for alts, but I don't have time to grab it and post it. I'll try to remember later but I'll probably forget.

Its annoying, but as you are going to run through DFC once for the fuck ton of AA you might as well get the shield done too.

Edit: Oh, start jboots at 30, should finish with a couple of aa and xp levels (assuming that you havent farmed all of the disco xp already).
