How nasty are the public channels on your server? - Page 4

I haven't really noticed anything too raunchy in the Everfrost public channels.
I guess most of us are just tired and lazy.

I usually keep the chats turned off except the channels that my guild has set up (healer channel for raids and stuff). Once in a while I'll turn it back on to see what's going on and remember why I turned it off in the first place.

It's not that our 60-69 chat is rawnchy, it's just that the stupidity that can run rampid makes my eyes bleed.

Guk.raid should carry an NC17 for sure. It had been the server channel for like 6 months when they added in the lvl channels and is still guk's number 1 choice for a lfg/insult/wts/or random thought. Was created for forming pickup raids but it is rarely used for that. A lot of folks who have moved on to other servers still hang out in the channel apparently for entertainment value alone. Only real taboo's are direct threats or "Hategroup" chat.

/nod I was the same way when I played. Not that I found it raunchy or something I couldn't handle I just thought it was dumb.

From what I've experienced on Najena, we're not all that bad. Certainly nothing graphic, not a whole lot of swearing, no one wasting time typing out hate to other people. We're pretty tame most of the time (in 60-69). In my opinioin, Najena is full of great, respectful players.

it's EXTREMELY calm on najena compared to what im used to on nek where there's lots of ppl & guilds bashin others & just tryin to start up trouble pretty much

Yeah, Nek definately has an interesting 60-69. Always some retard trying to "own" the channel. I got tired of it after a few months and rarely speak in it now, except to answer a question, or when I just can't resist making fun of some retard for bitching about loot rules he didn't bother to ask about before joining a raid. lol!

I'm on Nek and I'm one of those people that start the crudeness. I find it to be hilarious and entertains me. I think I actually started a war against Elanie one day. I don't really care who it is, it keeps me laughing until I can't breathe sometimes. My guild takes pride on trying to come up with the most disgusting and vulgar things imaginable. I have learned that, apparantly, prety much everything is OK except for racial stuff. We've been reported so many times I couldn't count, but none of us ever got in trouble except for the two times it got racial.

Nek 60-69 chat is for adults imo, definitely not for kids.
