Why the hell has the lag issue and the crashing to desktop issues being ignored.
Honestly, what the fuck. Take 30 seconds and say we are working on it. The Tech forum TSR's are a waste of fucking space.
Yeah you. The tech guy reading this. FUCK YOU, YOU WORTHLESS PIECE OF SHIT. Answer some lame ass questions and ignore the fucking issue plaguing the game.
I group with Taucher (our Monk) I crash every 5 minutes or so. So now i'm in a different raid group. No more crashing. Fucking shocking . I should get paid for that kind of troubleshooting. Fix the fucking problem because it isn't me or my fucking computer. Instead you worthless fucks answer gay ass questions and spend the rest of the day fucking up the next patch.
Honestly, if any dev spent 30 seconds in any EoF zone, they would see the friggin lag and the other handful EoF bugs that making raiding fukin ridiculous.
Keep ignoring the Lag and crash to desktop posts SoE. YOU INCOMPETENT ASSHOLES.

Not to inturrupt your full-on mad, but I thought they had a work-around for the crashing.

For me, its to not be in the same group as Taucher. Then I will never crash again. That I figured out on my own. Its kind of ridiculous.
As for the lag, thats never getting fixed. Its a feature with EoF.

Re: Why the hell has the lag issue and the crashing to desktop issues being ignored.
My stuff is running fine, no problem.
But wow, this sounds very similar to the guild raid window bug that was fixed several months ago, where people were only crashing under certain conditions. The conditions then were finally isolated as a bug that occured only when every member of the guild was logged on at the same time, and then only for people who had guild members sorted alphabetically by name in the window, and had the window set to show all guildmembers, whether logged in or not. Until it was patched, the workaround for that bug was to just sort the guild window differently, and to set it to only show guildmembers on line, rather than all.
If it were me having this problem, I'd monkey around with some of this same stuff to see if it makes a difference. It's gotta either be that, or some wierd bug related to a single item, like the frostfell satchel bug from two Christmases ago. Or a bug that isn't linear, but only occurs when two people with item X and Y are grouped together. Speaking of which, I didn't do any of the Frostfell quests this year, is the commonality between all the people having the new crashing problems perhaps a Frostfell item? No clue, just stabbing in the dark.

Heres a short snippet of the 4 times I ld'd when Taucher (Monk) was in my group :
build="SOEBuild=3784L" version="SOEVersionString=2007/1/4 14  55" build_type="USER OPTIMIZED" ls_address="none" zone="adv04_rgn_mystic_lake" loc=" 4.93 13.68 382.44" performance="7" alert="D:\live\eq2\framework\resman\src\ResourceMa nager.cpp(1243): Error loading cooked/characters/accessories/wearable_items/cloak/animations/combat/1h_sword/1hs_short_ouch_forward.anim"

It seems like more than 1 item that hes wearing is causing me to crash BUT its only if i'm grouped with him. If hes in a different raid group, things run flawlessly. A few other members can't be grouped with him either or they have the same issue.
As for the lag, its shitty coding, tech people who don't give a shit and 5 year old hardware.

I agree, that should be very simple to troubleshoot, and I guess I'd be surprised if the bug is still in game after it was reported with such a clear cause. I presume it was reported like that, with the specific errors shown?

I still had lag during fights, and I do not render cloaks at all, if that helps.
