And what happens when someone fills it out with the name of a level 6 character.
Is that really a character? Hey, it shows up on EQ2Players, so the person isn't anon.
Or are they?
Then, when people can post anon by just naming any low level toon and even making a sig file for it if needed, are we next going to say they can't post unless they have a level 70 character?

I don't even think it's so much that, as anon let's anyone post comfortably. The "SOE_Insider" which was very entertaining and whether you guys like it or not, you've been all over Anon69 like he's a new contested mob.
Everyone has a voice no matter how stupid it is (including me). If they get to the point where they are just starting to cause trouble for no reason other than to do it? Then that's up to a moderator. |

Character or no character shouldn't matter, imo. What should matter is how much shit they're starting, and lets be honest, for someone to be considered to be "starting shit" on this board? Yeah, that's some serious offensiveness.
It's always up to the mods, but seeing the kibosh put on an earlier post, I have hope that if this person gets too out of line, they'll boot thier ass faster than Radar can do the hustle. |
