Has anyone here falling victim?

I log on my Mystic alt to find that Yehaa Dottcom is now Yehaa Dqhtns (or something equally retarted and meaningless). Guildmate, a long time ago, found his Necro, Intercorpse Necrophiliac, changed to Icemoon. Funny part of that was it took him a month to figure it out.

Beyond gold-seller spam, there has never been a player issue that caused me report or petition anyone.

When I see a character named Raistlinn or Raisstlin or Raisttlin cross my path, then fuck yes I'm gonna petition it. Raistlin was IMO the baddest ass fantasy character ever, I don't need to see some unoriginal noob waltzing around with each letter of that name on a separate tooth. Make your own fucking identity.

My favorite recent name I saw was a barbarian named Miles O'Tool.

I thought that was the perfect name, because it is both ambigously offensive, and I can't see anyone winning an argument that it violates the naming policy, either.

Same guildmate made a Female halfling look just like a little girl. Pigtails and all. Named her "Bearlee Legal."

I agree with the Dragonlance refrence. Remains high on my all time favorite list although, through the years, they seem to have tried to dip from the well once too often.

When the gods left, I boycotted the series until the authors got a clue and brought them back. The loss of divine magic? Oh fuck no, not on my watch. But I thought the War of Souls trilogy did such an amazing job cleaning up the mess that I forgave them for everything.

Wow, even the memory of that still pisses me off.

There I was, minding my own business, not harming anyone, and suddenly my toon is logged out.

When it was knocked off line, his name was Bish.

When I logged back on, his name was Judi or some shit. I had to hideout on the toon anonymously until I could get a GM to respond and give me a dudes name for it.

That had to be a woman who changed my name to Judi..

Of course, I now admit that maybe I pushed it a little to far by changing my toon's surname, so that he was "Bish Slap".
