Just a few questions about eq2 these days

Been away awhile from this game shortly after the “solo” expansion RoK came out.

Trying to get a feel about eq2 these days, before I re-subscribe.

What’s the master spell situation like these days? , still the same, 2 to 3 spells for a class about 100 p each? ((one of the things that drove me away))

What ever happened with spell consolidation?

What are the selling features of the new expansion this fall? --I remember for RoK it was “huge zones” they just failed to say huge zones of solo mobs and mindless solo quests, with no group xp

Guild halls in game yet?

Kerns Tower in game yet?

More AA’s coming More levels?

Solo based like RoK?

Thanks for any info, just have not been keeping up with this game.

I'd answer, but outside of the 'master spell situation' - which is entirely server-based - these questions can all be answered with <10 mins of looking for your fucking self.

Guild halls will apparently arrive during this month, along with the tougher Veksar group instance, next expansion will have more AAs but no level cap increase, and is group-based.

Kurn's Tower = I don't know what the fuck anymore

Depends on the Master, prices have come down a good bit as they always do over time.

What ever happened with spell consolidation?

Cures Trauma/Noxious etc got combined into one "Cure"

1 overland zone that is probably solo friendly "Swamp of Innothule" and most of the rest of the exp sounds like group oriented dungeons/raids.

Guild halls in game yet?

Next GU will feature an event similar to the KoS Spire building I believe with possibly the next GU after it (GU 50) when the halls are actually useable.

Kerns Tower in game yet?

Nope Veskar's group zone off of Fens(underneath'ish Lake of Ill Omen)

More AA’s coming More levels?

+60 AA for a total of 200 AA points with a different way of spending your points and no new levels

Solo based like RoK?

Doubt it

Veksar isn't tougher than anything, RE2 makes Veksar look like CoA. Guild Halls won't be arriving this month. I can't believe people can't even spend 10 minutes to search for the correct information before they post.

Pretty sure i read on official forums somewhere that the mobs are still on "easy mode" from fan faire, they will change these when it goes live. and live instance will only have 4/6 of the nameds as a taster. the full zone will be released after expansion.

They've already changed the zone since that post, and brought down the wall.

I misunderstood something then in regards to guild halls.
