- Spell resist rates have been globally reduced. The higher the quality of a spell will reduce the resist rates seen as before, the amount per quality level of this bonus has been reduced.


Does this mean I can actually mez again w/o resorting to using broken aa's that do absolutely nothing to help my mezzing? Coercers just got better while Illusionists became godlike. As long as I can mez the way it was before EoF, i'll be happy.

the reason he says illu can mezz beter is cuz illus get +25% bonus to the resist rate on their mezz through AAs, but coercers dont.

I have no worries about coercers, they're just fine where they're at. When Illusionists have +hate buffs, +dps buffs, fast nukes that interrupt, and can charm at will, then I'll show concern.

This happened to me last night. I was LIVID. Quality control, what's that?

If this hasn't happened to you yet make sure you have saved a copy of your uisettings file recently. You can do this via /save_uisettings FU_SOE. Then next time you log in and your settings are hosed /load_uisettings FU_SOE. It's theraputic too.

If you find out too late, look for another character with saved UI settings.

And to whomever made the change that broke this... You code like pregnant yak!

My UI .ini file getting shafted to 0 bytes every time I log out. For last month I didnt log in once with normally working Ui settings, I even made a macro to load backup settings.
