Whats up with with this, if you need a key class for recruiting your pretty much screwed right now, seems like you type /who all 70 xxxx and get like 5 hits nowadays. I miss the times when top guilds would open recruiting and get 100-200 potential members and the hazing!

Just shitty numbers in eq2 overall causing this or a general consensus that eq2 raiding sucks?

Well, there are hardly any new players who leveled to 70, so you're left with players from other guilds (who probably don't want to move guilds because they are in a comfort zone) or players from other servers, who would have to shell out dough to move. We've been alot more lenient as far as which classes we're recruiting because we find that it's easier to find an alt of someone who's willing to change out of their preferred class, rather than someone of the key class.

Find an alliance with another guild. Or adopt a smaller guild as a sister guild. If you need a class offer the raid spot to them 1st. It's worked for us very well. Vanguard is thinning out the heard quite a bit.

On Blackburrow at least there are many smaller guilds that could become an excellent pool to draw from if you need quality players.

This wouldn't require them to deguild there current guild and you'd be giving them valuable insight on high end raiding.

We are only recruiting 1 or 2 people, so that wouldnt really work, its just dissapointing is all, more of an observation

Don't forget /who all 70 won't report back players who are anon or roleplaying.

I'm in the other side the coin. Guild has a solid core but we're very casual only raid 1 -2 nights a week at the most. Hard finding people who are of the same playtype (casual raiding).

I wouldn't be surprized to see another server merger to be honest, IF BEFALLEN GETS MERGED WITH ANY SERVER, im seriously going to blow something up.
