So what's going to happen with the posts that are already on there? Will they get transferred over or will they disappear? I ask this because several of the "writers" in the Traveler's Tale section will lose their work. (Me being among them.)

To the best of my understanding you shouldn't count on any threads making the move. They've said that some of them will be going, but some not.

Your best bet is to archive your stuff so you can keep it/repost it.

Yeah, I've kept everything I've written in the story, on discs. *sighs* All that work...

I will go right this minute and make a story section in http://soefan.com, where we've been archiving guides. You can start copying over your stories in about 5 minutes.

Be aware that forum is 100% moderated, so your posts won't show immediately. Also, That forum conforms to SoE's forum rules.

My story is PG-13 and has never been given a warning by the mod, since I do post it on EQII forums.

There are currently 40 chapters to this work. I will try and consolidate several chapters into one post, but be prepared to approve quite a bit as some of the chapters are lengthy.

There's something like a 20k character limit on posts. What you do is post them as individual threads, mark thier order ((1/20, 2/20, etc). When I moderate them into existance I'll make them one thread.

Bah... I messed up on the chapter numbers, but they're all there in succession. I was trying to post the chapters and answer the phone at the same time.
