I know there are blue shinies in TSO aswell, but do you use kunark glasses or do you have to complete a TSO collection to get another pair to see them?

I tried searching and checked wiki without a clear answer thanks!

You complete a TSO shiny quest to get them. Relics of the Ethernauts.

Zone into palace (heroic) 2 will always be up in center room, then if your lucky one will be up near the portal in essence core. Harvest them, and if they arn't rares don't loot them and you only get 30 minute lockout.
