Icon7 NEVER ask for reset of lockout timer

Yesterday we was fighting in EH and cleared 1st floor in a new record time (2.5 hours) as we were clearing the way to the gardener on 2nd floor zone crashed and all of the raid was thrown out to lesser feydark.

After argueing for another 3 hours a GM finally reset our lockout timers, what the GM didnt tell was that all loot we had earned on the 1st floor was deleted when lockout timers were reset... So... I lost a belt (Cord of Vines) and Leiyla lost the necro shoulders from the tender...

SOE sucks...

I think that is fair, and you're still better off after you clear it tonight instead of 5 days later.

They could've banned your entire guild after you sent in numerous petitions. :p

As it is bugged I doubt we will enter there before next patch :p

And Yes, it might be fair, but they should have told us before they did the reset of the timers what would happen giving us a real choice.

The belt is fairly common drop I heard so I am not that upset, the real bite is the lost necro shoulders as it might not drop again this year.

The main reason for me posting here was to warn people not to ask for a reset unless they know what it means for the loot dropped...

Numerous petitions? How the (censored) can you be sure we sent in numerous petitions? I for one never sent one as the RL said he was petitioning and neither did the others in my group. If you assume all of us sent in a petition then you are clearly judging us by how you yourself would have acted in the same situation. :p

Also where does it say sending in multiple petitions is a bannable offense?

I hope SoE will change their policy for this zone.

Why? I think it's fair, that they lost their loot, because they wanted their zone re-use reset. You want to be able to zone-in again, and keep your loot? Fuck that, you either lose the loot, or you deal with the lockout.

No, I want to start where I crashed, not clear all over again. And no it's not fair at all. We can zone with all nameds up, crash and zone in again with only lvl bosses up. Fair?

Or at least start again on lvl where crashed, but not everything all over again.

Then you're not asking for the reset of your lockout timer. You're asking to be placed in a new zone at the point where you crashed.
