I can kill the rumor status #1 and #2.

At Summit I learned (and given permission to report by Brenlo himself) that Beghn is no longer with SoE. There will be another TS dev, no ETA.

Raijin is now the Planetside CM. He said I could say that.

I feel bad for Raijin, he is a really nice guy and I believe he put his heart into his job, but it's none of my business.

As far as the TS vacancy, I hope they do what they did with the Community Manager position, and wait until they find the right person, rather than just filling the slot. The TS position just can't handle another clockpuncher.

Nobody will ever live up to Frizznik in that position, IMO, but at this point, I think EQ2's best bet would be to hire someone with high enthusiasm, ambition, and even some community relation skills. The crafting community just goes NUTS when the TS dev doesn't post, and seems to be 2 McNuggets short of a Happy Meal.

It would own if they hired Niami for that position lol, but that's prolly dreaming.
