Best new rumors about EQ2/SoE

My PM box has been on fire lately with quality new rumors and news.

All are from highly reliable, credible and knowledgeable sources. No, I won't tell you who told me, so please don't even ask.

Vote for which of these rumors you consider most important to EQ2

Rumor #1: Beghn, the former tradeskill EQ2 tradeskill dev, no longer works on EQ2 in any capacity.

My position: No comment.

Rumor #2: Raijinn has moved on within SoE and is no longer involved with EQ2 moderation/community support.

My position: I liked the guy, he was always nice to me and fair. I wish him the best of luck in the future, and in his new position.

Rumor #3: Kendricke's access to view abuse reports in the mod queue has been removed.

Despite several showers, I'm still feeling violated after learning that Kendricke had access to this highly sensitive and confidential information. This was much worse than putting a fox in charge of the henhouse - this was more like putting a crack hoe in charge of Columbia.

I'll take all three. I'm selfish, competent, and driven; I usually get what I want come hell or high water.

Remember though, you said you had a credible source who said that Lockeye was on his way out. I'm at the realization that creating clever abilities for 24 different classes is not child's play and that most of us who think we could do better would probably only do better at sucking cock. I just pray the boy simply finds the sense to correct glaring imbalances.

Beghn is already irrelevant, judging from Ilucide's labors.

Ok, let me get this straight.

Kendricke has nothing to do with SOE other than being a paying customer, albeit one whose views are considered somewhat important (or he wouldn't have been at the summit, presumably) correct?

Then why the blue fuck was he given access to information of that nature? Any of our registered SOE folk wanna comment/justify this?

It is true I reported that, and it was confirmed by more than one person when I reported it. I respect Lockeye's competence and agree he has a difficult and usually thankless job. But also consider that he may have been made an offer he couldn't refuse to stay. Remember, he played in Drow on Unrest with Curt. What I reported was not a baseless or casual rumor.

I also presented the Lockeye rumor, and my source was (and still is) rock solid.

Now whether or not this has changed (I haven't talked to my source in a while) is up for discussion, but at one time all signs pointed to it being true.

All 3 of the rumours suck. Shit, the Beghn rumour isn't exactly new.

And who cares about if kendricke can/cannot read your abuse reports. Then the 1 in the middle, who cares yet again. As if why he would, don't you know even gaige had access to those abuse reports even after he was no longer a mod. So it's not a hard thing to get access to if you know the right people and have ways to change get what you want.

Probably under the same reason why SoE has players as MODs, they don't have to pay them.

Beghn was .. yeah. Tradeskilling went downhill, heres to hoping for a good ts dev in the future. And Raijinn was just a mod, although good, at the forums ..
