Yeah, uh, about the Christmas music. I started playing EQ2 in January of last year, and the Christmas music was still active, which is kind of normal. Then they "removed" the Christmas content, which meant the music and trees stayed. I think it was March before the goddamn music was removed.

A lot of people bitch about Freeport's music and say it's dreary, but if you started playing with that Christmas music, you'd appreciate it a lot more.

I love the Qeynos and Freeport themes but after a while, like every other game theme, you kinda turn them off. That was my main problem with older console games. ; ;

Magical Sound Shower from Outrun should never be turned off, however.

But fuck Qeynos, its maps, its npc's, its music, and its classes. There's nothing redeeming about that town except for the fact that it has a betrayal quest starting there.

It's too happy there. I like Freeport because the quests are funnier (don't know if they took it out, but the level 10 quest with the whore was funny.)

If you mean the kerra one, it's still there, but the one leading to it with Nosno spreading end of the world stories to build a harem is gone, since they moved him out to the Commonlands.

The troll in EFP randomly saying "Orcs is hard to chew! You have to punch them a lot before you eat them!" is my personal favorite thing about FP.

If I'm going to listen to music other then the EQ2 music, it'll usually be:

Techno, Hardcore, Metal/Thrash, Industrial, House, Booty.

I find I usually like having Techno running though, it really picks up the pace ingame.

Yea, i dig teh cobalt scar othimir music : D but i usually just have my winamp open with around 6k songs on the playlist, and just listen to whatever comes up :p
