I don't have anything per server but I can chime in with some gamewide statistics regarding ProfitUI users. That's a userbase of about 30k so it is probably fairly representative for the game at large (at least if you assume that players are equally interested in this UI mod regardless of their origin). It might be one third of EQ2'sr remaining userbase (EQ2MAP has probably 60K users and I don't know many who don't use it). Here are the top ten:

I am one of those "other nordic". There are a few Swedes and a handful of Danes on Permafrost. I only know of two Norwegians. Three if you count the Swede living in exile.

On Splitplaw theres a few swedish only guilds, there's alot more of us swedes spread out in english speaking guilds as well. I probably know roughly about 100 other swedes playing eq2...

No chance to filter that by server, the ProfitUI updater does not collect any user information, the information above is just from the logs of the server it connects to, i.e. there are only IP addresses.
