Cold, what if i typed niggur'guy the first time (I didnt mind you, i kept trying to spell it differently...lol)? I mean that shouldnt make it any better. And besides my point again remains, there was 0 warning. Hell there wasnt more than like a 60 sec warning that night (By 60 sec warning i mean from the time they popped in and sent me a tell, to the time i replied, then got another tell and was disconnected).

I agree. In my time playing this game since Nov 2004, I've rarely or never seen action taken for even the most extraordinarily offensive vulgarity and profanity.

But I have seen different people banned, immediately, without the possibility of reversal, for making off color remarks about Jewish and Cuban people.

Society considers derogatory racial and religious slurs and even comments intended to be humorous to be far more offensive than profanity and vulgarity.

This should really come as no surprise to adults who live in the US especially.

Why even go there regarding any sort of ethnic or religious comment - it's inviting nothing but trouble. You can accomplish the same thing using different words, just remove these terms from your vocabulary and instruct your mind to stop using them, and you'll lead a much happier and less surprised life in the future.

Are you really equating someone saying bomb, something that could kill dozens to thousands of people, to a word which upsets some people? I mean the two really have nothing to do with eachother, and the analogy really doesnt apply.

But in the end, all i'm saying is, the punishment doesnt fit the crime...(or Kryme), and the Fury doesnt have a last name and doesnt talk in 60-69 (by his own statement, cause someone brought it up here and i asked him). OH and by Kriks/Deludar's thoughts it must be that SOE Doesnt want a guild to succeed that has a black leader (which we do, in the form of Midnyte).

I simply wanted to point out that there are several examples in life where you simply can't say what you want when you want it. Again, deal.

B.) If you were so butt stupid as to name yourself something you knew was wrong don't come here like a little bitch and piss and moan about how unfair it is. What the fuck did you think was going to happen? SOE have a good laugh, change it and maybe issue you a warning? Well they did warn you by suspending you. Next, apply a fraction of common sense and you won't have any issues.

C.) If other people have worse names, report them, forget about it or STFU. "Worse" is a matter of opinion. You are obviously too stupid to realize that name was going to royally piss off someone or just didn't think you would get in too much trouble for it.

Oh and the verdict is in, the fury got off the phone with SOE's CS people and they said he was banned for "Being very naughty"...seven days ... fuck. (they didnt say naughty but uh ... ) So everyone can stop worrying, he wasnt banned for bad language in 60-69...or a last name ... but something else entirely.
