I love it when people ask about "Everquest 3" like there will ever be a game with such title. Smed said long ago that they will never release a game with that title, as EQ2 caused a lot of problems with people comparing the two games.

They need to reduce the classes to about 12 and include a more distinction between the races. Every race should have unique fighting styles and animations instead of the simplistic copy and paste model that EQ2 has. I would also enjoy a more innovative and complex combat system, but I don't think that any game like that will be successful. WoW is very successful because it is easy. Take away that ease of use and you lose a big part of the market that wants to play an easy game.
