Maestro Flame ( \aITEM 1852132462 -2117382782:The Maestro's Flame\/a ) also basically procs on ranged...well, it procs on every CA you use, and it does about 120 dmg for me each time on raids, it's really nice, the proc does about 3% of my zonewide dps.

No. Not unless you have super high stats on the rest of your gear and can continually group with a mystic for Avatar ect.

Sacrificing that many stats for all that T5 stuff is dumb as it will lower CA damage. Sacrificing 200 CA damage for 200 more proc damage isnt worth it. ever.
