If you cant teach a familly member or even your spouse to stop being a free clicker then they dont belong on the internet.
If only you could teach your family how to spell.

If only he had a keyfob to help him. You could make it so you have to enter the keyfob number before any post, thus solving the spelling problem.

I'm from Taiwan, and mobile keyfob for login game is quite common here, most of the popular games have it already for 1 or 2 years?...include WoW, Lineage I & II, etc.

But I can tell ya, this isn't truly that useful though, keyloggers still can hack your account before you enter the key. But honestly, it is another way to delay them.

In order for someone to hack your account, they need the key. For you to say they can still hack your account before you enter it is impossible.

To go even further, they key is only good once. So you would have to type 5 digits and go afk for 10min. Thus giving the hacker time to type in the last digit before you.

The only way they can do it is by hacking your in-game session and hope you are afk reading eq2flames. Then again if they could do that, they have better ways of utilizing such talents to make money. If you are going to steal, steal big.

I guess the first draft had to be run through spell check a half a dozen times.

These key fobs aren't unhackable, especially if you have a keylogger on your system. maybe it delays them a little bit, but after the several times you've entered your little number the algorithm involved in generating those numbers becomes more apparent.

These things aren't receiving wireless or radio signals, you go to blizzard's website, enter the code you see on your fob at the time, along with the fob serial number and boom, blizzard uses a formula to predict what code will be on that fob at any given time.

the fob generates numbers on a predictable system based on a formula that may not be easy to interpret, but it's certainly not impossible, especially when a keylogger picks up every entry. How many entries will it take to break the code? that depends on how much of a genius the hacker is, and what programs he can create that can help intepret the numbers.

Theres millions of different combinations for a 6 digit or whatever the math formula I forgot back in high school. You cannot predict what it is from a keylogger. Not going to happen.

If that was the case, I could sit here myself and crack my own shit. I could hit that button 100x and only guess the first number correctly twice..............
