I think Kesselia's idea of soloing and mine are completely different. This list might make sense if you were talking about % chance of living against a yellow ^^^ solo. Except id throw a wizard/warlock in there too.

Everyone always says necros and conj are best at soloing, they dont even compare to Sk/pally. Im talking solo questing mainly and the odd Green and blue ^^^'s. I have played them all.

Only way a melee crit specced warden or mystic would do better at soloing is with Raid dps gear/ avatar gear. Im guessing someone told you they do awsome dps with that set up, but honestly everyone thinks they do good dps untill u actually start comparing parses.

My list, This is based on Solo questing, not just killing yellow heroics solo, because honestly, how often do u really do that? Other then for kicks.

2. Pally
3. Bruiser
4. Necro
5. Conj
6. Coercer
7. Illusionist
8. Berzerker
9. Monk
10.Fury

I choose sK over pally for a few reasons. Sk's do higher dps, can heal them selves much much more efficiantly with lifetaps, instead of having to stop dpsing to cast high mana cost heals, plus get evac and fd to boot.

Now dont get me wrong, if this list was about anything other then solo questing, this order would be different.

i suck at soloing shit on my illy, but thats mainly because it takes so damn long. im sure if i really wanted to i could solo fucking tons of stuff, but i just havent tried. can clear every mob in KC on my monk tho cept that fucker that heals at the bottom inside half an hour with a full slate to kill. i usually go for the easy money over the hard stuff tho. makes more of a profit for me that way, since i only ever solo hard stuff like that when i need plat lol

I know some other classes can be good. I am a Monk have been since launch. I have been able to solo just as well as Bruisers for the most part. They do have some advantage but a well played monk should rank right under a Bruiser IMO. I havent tested my soloing ability a whole lot but I have solo'd V'deers in JW just randomly and done some easier names in instances and as was stated trash is pretty easy for brawlers. I'd just expect to be higher than 9th.

Your list is good too...I could have inlcuded warlock which I have and solo on....I normally don't do yellow triple con heroics when soloing. I don't mind doing the green ones, but I'm not as adventurous as others and I don't go farming for masters either generally.

Oh and for the record, yes I have a melee specc'ed mystic on test server that I soloed alone to lvl 67 without any help. I know what they are capable of. I managed to solo some heroics on the mystic in T7...T8 I couldn't say because I had to cancel the account that my mystic on test was on so I haven't touched her since ROK was released...I only managed to do a few quests in Kylong before being forced to cancel the account.

My main is a necro and I manage to solo on her pretty effectively...I guess I prefer to solo on mages rather than fighters. I have tried my husband's lvl 77 pally and yes he does solo quite well when alone, I guess I just miss the ability to invis around when I need to save time.

Monk's and bruisers do solo quite effectively as well and of course you have the FD factor. I guess it depends on the individual play style and what your definition of "soloing" is. My definition probably is a lot different than other's definitions...or maybe it isn't. There is no real way of knowing. But ya know what? kudos if it works for you =) I think your list is pretty good as well.

soloed it on bruiser,go into castle and see how that list stacks up on all those names

Any Fury that has a moderate amount of room to kite, can solo any mob in the game that isn't epic. (moderate meaning like a 20x20 space where you can move)

Nothing is immune to being snared unless it just gets a run speed buff from something else. Plus, (as dumb as this sounds) mastercrafted wands pwn for when, and if, you run out of power and have no options to get it back up.

back to my original position,
If it can be mezed (tons of heroic content in game), it can be soloed by a chanter.
And it dosn't take THAT long, you can put out massive amounts of burst dps, unless its an 85 ^^^ shouldn't even have to mez a second time.
