Best solo class (tso)

So now that tso has been out a bit, which class is standing on top for solo accomplishments?

(reason for my post) I'm bored. I want to start a alt that can solo to 80 doing heroic content here and there. Wondering, in the current game state, which class is best at this. (oh and dont tell me to play the class I like, cause the class I like is the one that will accomplish my goals).

I've heard melee spec'd inquis is pretty solid
I've heard coercers are still very good

Though I'm unsure how either of them get to the heroic content, perhaps they just have to fight their way in with no FD.

I've got a necro alt and she is DAMN good at soloing instances. Keep the pet spells at A3 + and run the AA line that turns debuff/stuns/roots into 18% heals and soloing yellow groups of ^^^/^^ heroics is easily doable... Also, the FD/rez comes in damn handy when sh!t hits the fan.

I can easily duo Heroic instances with my necro and a conjy.

Either crusader class currently owns solo content at the moment. May change with the up and coming GU, if it ever happens.

Correction to my post. I didn't notice the (tso) in the title at first. Yeah... my necro def can NOT solo yellow tso instances, lol! "Old World" instances and dungeon zones that are even/blue, def. Yellow TSO instances, not so much, lol.

oh I didn't exactly mean tso instances. I mean, now that TSO is out, which class is the solo king. Seems to change with expansions and GU's.

The directors letter addressed the fact that tanks do way too much dps and are going to have that fixed in one way or another. So I'm assuming post 51, crusaders will no longer be on the top of the list. Or if so they wont do it quite as fast as they do now

I'd say possibly the latter. They will still do more than reasonable DPS but there will be a much greater difference between defensive stance and offensive stance DPS. However, all those changes seem to be being scrapped and the fighter revamp is being revamped so who knows. Incidentally, crusaders have always been in the top n list of soloers, due to their versitility, not just the love they received in TSO so even post GU51 I would still expect them to be one of the better solo classes.

Since I've tried nearly every single class in game and I solo a majority if not all my time in game, I'd have to say that the best solo classes are:

1. Necro
2. Conjy
3. Illusionist
4. Coercer
5. Melee specced Warden
6. Melee specced Mystic
7. SK
8. Paladin
9. melee specced Inquis
10. Fury
11. Ranger
12. Zerker

it really depends...stun/rootable mobs are easily killed by a wizard/illu/coercer and imo the best choice therefore.
if you want to solo Boogaboo (or whatever his name is) in Unrest, i heard a mystic is first choice ;)
if you want to solo zones like varsoon etc, nekro/conj will be the best option, though i think that a necro has problems with rok/tso zones.

anyway, play with groups, it's funnier and gives a better impression of your class
