There were many qualified people who wanted to do this, and I truly appreciate everyone who inquired. What I had to do was spread the positions around to various different guilds and play types, so we didn't end up with too many in just one guild, and so not every Class Leader was an uber guild raider, although most are.

All users - please be nice to these people - they are about to experience the thankless task of dealing with many of you firsthand. Thank you for your cooperation.

ALL CLASS LEADERS PLEASE START AT LEAST ONE THREAD IN YOUR SECTION - THEY LOOK LIKE HELL WHEN THEY ARE EMPTY.

Special Rules and Rights in all new Class Sections:

Class Leaders have the full authority to ban anyone from their section (sorry Calbiyum, these will be serious forums, and most people want to talk about issues relating to their class in them).

Anyone banned from a class section will not be affected on any other section of this site, unless they did something bad enough to warrant a global ban, and only Niber and I have the power to do that.

Class Leaders should only ban someone from their section based on good cause - a chronic spammer, someone intent on ruining your forum, any legitimate and articulable reason is acceptable, provided what you can't do is ban anyone for political reasons. What that means is, don't ban someone because they disagree with you. Users banned from your section can appeal their ban to me or Niber, and we will carefully review each case, and will overturn any bans that appear to be improperly motivated. Really, you should only ever consider banning someone who has no business being in your section to begin with, and not someone who is a member of your class but who takes an opposite position to you on all or most issues involving your class. That sort of disagreement is what this board is for.

All users should PM their Class Leader with any issue involving their class section. Continue to PM me or Niber with other issues affecting other areas of the site.

How to use the mod tools:

All Forum leaders have new mod tools that will only work in their class section. You never need to leave the page you are on or log in specially to use these.

There are other new features you will discover in your section, and upgrades to your account in all sections, grats on those.

This is what you need most:



When you delete a thread, it will not be deleted off the server, it will become invisible so that either Niber or I can review it, and generally use that information to help reaffirm the decision you made to delete the thread.

You also have an edit button for every post in every thread. Yes, you can edit or delete other people's posts. Please only do that based on a violation of the Site Rules, which I'm assuming all of you have read. I have no problem with you removing spam posts from a thread.

Also Forum Leaders:

We have the ability to change the skin and header of your forum, if you wanted to do that. I'm just not able to do it myself for everyone, just see for yourself how often I update the main forums.

So if you know what a skin is, and how to use slices and save to web in Photoshop to create the specific files vBulletin (this software we use) for a header, Niber can hook that up as a special skin/graphic look/header that will only be seen in your forum.

If you are interested, please PM me your email, and I'll send you the Photoshop PSD files needed for the header, with examples of the output files we'd need to upload to change the header in your section.

If you are even more advanced and want an entire skin for your forum, please contact Niber once you pick one out and have it - it needs to be compatible with vBulletin v. 3.6.x. Under this plan, the appearance of this site would automatically change when a user went into your section, and would change back to our global default when they left your section.

Again, I'm sorry, but I can't do the work for you, but if you know how to create or obtain these things, we would gladly help you customize your forum.

The look is totally up to you, and can be anything you want. If you want an example of what I'm talking about, just look at www.soefan.com. That is a part of this site, and just uses different graphics.

What I can't figure out, however, is how in the F is the Mystic section drawing the most traffic so far? I though there were like 5 gamewide.
