So I visited my house today...a FULL 5 room house in Freeport.

And...there was no lag.

Zero.

I didn't change any options on EQ2 or on PC...so, is this just me or did a dev work some magic?

Yea I noticed this also and I had a ton of lamps and fireplaces. I was like wow I can move in here.

This is huge if it's true - I had to take out all the pets, anything with animation on mine, and still wasn't able to move in it unless I had my video card set to high performance.

Dude, I've lost like 40 paintings, and two full sets of pristine crafting stations (basically, 10 million plus in status items) due to forgetting to empty houses when I transfer.

I still can't figure what is worse - losing 10 million in status items, or having to reset up a house with 300 items.

Honestly, they should just say screw it and stop worrying about the no trade flag on housing items, since that is what is causing the problem. Really, who cares about the no trade flag on housing items, it doesn't result in the ability to exploit raid mobs, dupe coin, or do anything else that is meaningfully bad in this game.

I dunno man, the competitions in Good Housekeeping can get pretty fierce...

But really, blaming the engine is lame on their part. They are charging me $50 for what they directly state is a value-added service and look what they do, they effectively delete my furniture and put the impetus on me to nitpick it all back into my inventory.

I get fucking pissed when I zone into my house, go to the bedroom, and see nothing but a pillow floating in midair.
