ToV was in Western Wastes, a heavily populated dragon area, you could also get to dragon necropolis from there I believe.

yeah, like RoK lived up to the expectations that it had from EQ1's Kunark? I would be fine with Velious, but I really hope that they don't stick with the solo grind fest that Kunark was. If I don't see an SoS type zone upon release, I will probably be throwing in the towel after 5 years.

Nope, I think he dropped a ST key, and stood outside TOV, but other than that, he was a minor player in that whole deal. I even did a search for him and can't find any significant lore regarding him. I would be a bit disappointed if an entire expansion was named after him unless he somehow rebelled against his shitty status in the world and took over TOV

I'm sure Vulak would have issues with that. Yelinak might as well, depending on how they did the Sleeper awakes lore for EQ2.

Trying to find a screen shot right now of his text before attacking him. He was the guardian to getting inside TOV, a sleepers key holder, and one pain in the ass in the beggining. If he was up and you didnt have good resist you were not making into TOV.

Yep it depends because when you awake the sleeper he goes after yelinak and vulak. If you were in those zones you got wiped by the sleeper. I remember when we woke him we had everybody in those zones pissed off at us

I played EQ1, but very casualy, so I never encountered that mob. But it sounds like he was a very minor player in the grand scheme of things, so I don't think that he would get an entire expansion named after him. But who knows. The sleeper was a big deal in EQ2 and it's possible that his role changed and he became the center of attention instead.

Someone mentioned Odus and sentinel armor, but the name sounds like it is a specific person of interest, so the name of armor doesn't seem like it would play a role. Plus with the huge push of ice, I can't seem to think anything other than Velious.
