Meh, I was hoping for Velious, but I will settle for Odus. I'm glad that they are making the Hole like a SoS x3 with easy access to all ranges of difficulty. This is already sounding 10x better than RoK and may even approach KoS quality of content. Let's just hope that they get rid of the wack a mole raiding.

Balance the content like KoS, just make it bigger and tougher without copying and pasting artwork everywhere. While KoS was one of my least favorite expansions, it was definitely balanced in terms of solo, heroic, and epic content and Deathtoll was pretty awesome.

After spending just a week back in EQ1, all I can say is contested zones and dungeons. I can't imagine how I had fun in EQ2 with everything instanced....the Hole needs to be a giant contested heroic/epic dungeon, full of super slow crawls and incredibly hard mobs. I know it'll never happen, but I hate watching Norrath being perverted by EQ2.

I think the Hole will be like SOS.

Yes, they said the hole will be similar to SoS, but 83+, so it will be built with three wings and you zone in right at the intersection. From what I undersand, one will be for lower levels and smaller groups, one will be medium level, and the other will be the upper end of the tier. I also heard that the quests will not involve long drawn out questlines with prerequisites, making pugs easy to form and get quests done.
